Foster a Dallas Street Dog

Temporary Home, Lifelong Impact

Fostering is one of the most powerful ways to help a dog in need. By opening your home temporarily, you give a rescued dog the stability, love, and care they need to heal and thrive.

Why Foster?

Fostering is one of the most rewarding ways to save lives. DSDA cannot rescue more dogs until new foster homes open up. As a foster, you play the most important role in a homeless dog’s journey to a forever family. Watching a dog learn to trust and thrive under your care will change your heart forever.

DSDA provides medical coverage and supplies—you provide the love, structure, and guidance. To foster, simply complete an application, and our Foster Coordinator will connect with you.
