Early Giving starts TODAY for our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year
North Texas Giving Day! August 28 – September 18, 2025
Because of your generosity, DSDA has already rescued over 80 dogs this year—dogs that would otherwise be forgotten. Many have come from homeless encampments or were saved by people with nothing but big hearts and no resources. Others were found by good Samaritans who turned to us when local shelters, closed to intake due to overcrowding and disease, could not help.
This year has been especially tough. Veterinary care, food, and preventatives are at an all-time high, leaving many pet owners unable to afford even the basics. Thanks to donors like you, DSDA can continue providing life-saving medical care and keep adoption fees low so our dogs can find safe, loving homes.
We cannot do it without you. Our goal this year is $40,000. Every dollar helps us cover critical medical care, training, food, and outreach—ensuring homeless dogs get the second chance they deserve. And thanks to the Communities Foundation of Texas and our local sponsors, 100% of your gift goes directly to our mission.
Please stand with us. Your support is the reason we can keep moving forward, no matter how daunting the crisis feels. Together, we are making a difference—one dog at a time.
Donate today and help us reach our goal.
